Subscription terms
Using Rawly requires a Rawly Premium subscription. These terms add to the Terms of Use.

Prices in other countries are set in the local currency and may include taxes; the price that applies to you is shown in the app before you subscribe and on Apple's confirmation sheet.
Free trial
- The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial if your Apple Account hasn't had a Rawly trial before.
- When the trial ends, the yearly subscription starts and you are charged the yearly price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- If notifications are allowed, Rawly reminds you two days before the trial ends.
Billing and automatic renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase (or when the free trial ends).
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged within 24 hours before renewal.
- If the price changes, Apple tells you in advance and, where the law or Apple's rules require it, asks for your agreement before charging the new price.
Cancelling
Cancel any time in Settings on your iPhone → your name → Subscriptions → Rawly, or in the App Store under your account. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the app or your Rawly account does not cancel the subscription.
Refunds and your right of withdrawal
All payments are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under its policies: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you live in the EU or UK, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases under consumer law; Apple handles these requests too. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
Restoring purchases
Your subscription belongs to your Apple Account. On a new device, sign in with the same Apple Account and tap "Restore Purchases" on the subscription screen.
Changes to plans
We may change plans or prices for new subscriptions. Changes to an existing subscription follow Apple's rules described above.
